Control of the Dynamic Features of the Russian Political System

Abstract

Controlling the dynamic system in social science is the main objective of this paper. The control system can be tuned by various variables in politics and social issues as model. So we developed a dynamic model for the politic system of the Russia and design an optimal controller for determining its effects on the society. It is noted that political culture and political activities are highly influenced by globalization. A comprehensive analysis of the features of the political culture helps to understand the development of political situation and relations between states and people. A thorough analysis of political discrepancies allows to predict the political sustainability and possibility of consolidation and evolution of political institution.This paper focuses on the role of the state in the development of Russian political culture, its influence on the motives of the Russian citizens and on the specific nature of the Russian society.This research is based on the concept of political culture as a set of orientations, attitudes and opinions which define individual political behavior. Political culture is a comprehensive social system in a given cultural-historical space and it may be considered to be a repeating way of adaptation to certain political circumstances. As a form of broadcasting of political experience it forms stereotypical political behavior and perception of political ideas and values. The Russian political culture is characterized by apparent discrepancies, transitivity and eclectic elements. Transformation of Russian political culture is defined by interaction of extrinsic and intrinsic factors, such as globalization, cultural flows, evolution of economic and political life of the society, changes in hierarchy of values. The Russian political culture is not a homogenous and comprehensive concept; transitivity and flexibility are typical of it.
