The development of the Internet and the wireless technology has seen a tremendous change in the way of doing business in the recent times. The technology of current business world has been taken over by the Mobile commerce over Electronic Commerce. The M commerce can also be considered as the extension of electronic commerce. It is the use of the hand held devices to communicate and perform transactions in the telecommunications network. M Commerce has reduced the gap in the relationship between the consumer and the business. The M Commerce services like mobile banking, mobile entertainment and mobile information services have seen staggering growth. The services like ticketing and telemetric services are also seem to be intensifying. This research focuses on the consumers’ gratification towards the usage of the M Commerce services. The study concentrates on examining the consumer satisfaction of the m commerce services through structured questionnaire and the data is collected from the consumers belonging to Coimbatore District. The emphasis is given for the three criteria M-commerce Technology, Mobile Device Performance, Service Quality to better understand the Consumer gratification.
