Artificial Intelligence on Healthcare

Ashish Giri and Prerna Dusi
Abstract

Artificial Intelligence (AI) is quickly changing the healthcare environment by improving diagnostic precision, tailoring treatment strategies, and streamlining clinical workflows. This study investigates the incorporation of AI technologies—including machine learning, natural language processing, and computer vision— into healthcare systems, assessing their effects on patient care, operational effectiveness, and medical research. AI-driven tools are increasingly aiding healthcare professionals in the early detection of diseases, predictive analytics, and decision-making processes. Moreover, AI applications are making remote patient monitoring possible, automating administrative functions, and aiding in drug discovery. Although the advantages are promising, the use of AI in healthcare brings about concerns related to data privacy, bias in algorithms, and ethical obligations. This paper examines recent advancements, highlights significant challenges, and suggests approaches for the responsible implementation of AI. The results emphasize AI's capacity to transform healthcare delivery while pointing out the necessity for strong regulatory frameworks and collaborative efforts across disciplines to ensure the fair, transparent, and safe integration of AI into clinical settings.
