The electronic method for teaching, learning and communicating with students offers a great deal of favorable circumstances that can be accomplished through various solutions. The use of Learning Management System is the most prominent approach among these solutions. Perceived ease of use is a critical prerequisite of choosing education technology tools such as LMS in enhancing the teaching and learning method in an educational process, influencing greatly student's learning success and overall learning experience. This study applied a descriptive empirical and quantitative analysis. This paper presents an empirical evaluation of the survey questions which were patterned from the System Usability Scale (SUS) survey in the context of LMS’s usability. This study were participated by randomly selected students of the Far Eastern University. It was found that the use of learning management system is an advantage in the process of teaching and learning based on the perception results of the respondents, while, analysis demonstrated the students’ characteristics based on the average access count, time and features/ modules that the use of LMS was greatly accepted by the respondents as well.
