In Vietnam, the Ministry of Education and Training issued documents that stipulate the management and organization of online teaching in general and continuing education institutions. This study shows the factors affecting the copyright for applied art works of Vietnamese university students. The study used quantitative research methods with the voluntary participation of 460 students from a public university in Hanoi with a history of training in applied arts more than 70 years. The obtained results suggest that: Periodically organize training for trainers on skills and instructions on using technology to detect violations to ensure fairness in inspection and evaluation. Next, Lecturers need to carefully examine and review students' works during the examination and evaluation process in order to detect works that infringe copyright.
