This paper proposes an improvement in a three-dimensional modelling fibre orientation network and distribution technique reinforced concrete to simulate mechanical properties. The single fibre made up of high aspect ratio multi orientation line by using random points in order to construct spline. The orientation is randomly performing since point appears randomly around early point launch. Once single fibre network construction fulfils in the system, the random point detecting to avoid intersections between fibres and its algorithm was constructed by using MATLAB. To test feasibility and efficiency, finite element analysis was implemented the fibre reinforcement with brittle damage behaviour of 35MPa grade to simulate on mechanical performance. The material strength results considerably increased due to fibres content contribute to compressive and flexural strength performance.
