A Study on Single Server Queuing Models in Triangular Fuzzy Number

In this paper we discuss about a new interval arithmetic approach on single server queuing model with triangular fuzzy number at an ATM machine. Nowadays ATM is essential to save cost and time. In this work, queuing model FM/FM/1: FCFS/1/1 as a single channel queue system is analyzed. This approach can be used to predict the average number of customers and service rate both at the system and the queue respectively. The customer’s arrival rate and service rate are considered as interval number and we have applied new interval arithmetic procedure to analyze the nature of queuing models.
