Training and development in human management in-term of a green concept from a conventional perspective aimed at educating employees on the importance of natural resource management within the institution. It aims to make an institution aware of the importance of natural resource management. Furthermore, the employee has the skills, ability, and knowledge to manage the natural resources for the benefit and sustainability of the institution. However, training and development in human management of the green concept from the Islamic perspective differ from the conventional perspective in at least three main aspects, namely, the aspects of the mould, its principles and its main goals. Therefore, this article aims to identify the mould, principles, and goals of training and development in human management from an Islamic perspective and further analyse green concepts in training and development in human management from the perspective of its mold, principles, and goals. This article uses a document analysis method and analyses using the qualitative content analysis method. The findings show that the concept of green should be in line with and not contradictory to the training and development from an Islamic perspective and should be shaped by Islamic based, principles, and goals.
