The purpose of the study was to assess the employability and productivity of the graduates in aid of policy formulation and curricular enhancement. The study asked 292 respondents from the Bachelor of Science in Hotel and Restaurant Management to respond to a questionnaire that sought information on the employability and productivity of graduates. For data analysis, frequency and percentage, mean, rank distribution, ANOVA and Scheffe Test were employed. Findings revealed that majority are female, and are graduates of the year 2011-2012. Majority of the employed participants hold a regular or permanent position but most of them are employed in other industries such as Educational Institutions, Retail Industry, Government Offices and others. Furthermore, the study revealed that graduates of Isabela State University-Cauayan Campus are all productive in terms of salary or income, but majority are not directly related to their field of specialization. In terms of the significant difference, ANOVA revealed that there is a significant different in the productivity index per batch which shows that recent batches are more productive compared to the previous batches. It is therefore relevant to know that upgrading curriculum offerings for the recent batches did enhance their productivity indices.
