In India, most of the fireworks are made in Sivakasi, which is a town located in a district called Virudhunagar in Tamil Nadu. The chemicals used in these firework industries are dangerous in nature and are used for lighting, color, and sound for the fireworks produced The process of producing the fireworks includes, handling the hazardous chemicals manually. Consequently, the industries producing fireworks are prominently very risky. Chemicals are the sources of explosion, air pollution, water contamination, as well as health issues for workers. For all manufacturing processes, which makes the employees having a close contact with perilous substances, cause illheath. All these chemical substances lead to the problems related to respiratory system, ulcer, skin cancer, bone problem, fever, coronary heart disease, and also harmful for nervous system. These are the various major problems faced by those workers. In this research paper, the health of the workers which can be affected by chemicals and other hazards substances are predicted using a machine learning algorithm like support vector machine, k-nearest neighbor, linear regression, and random forest approaches have been utilized. This prediction can be done by considering mostly the age and experience of the worker in fireworks field. The prediction result shows that women are more affected than men in fireworks industry. This result is achieved by the accuracy level of random forest algorithm.
