Purpose: To examine and explain the relationship between human resources management practices, knowledge management on creativity and innovation, both in direct and indirect relationships. Methodology: The number of population frames Wood Craft Small Medium Industries (SMI) in Gianyar Regency is 204 SMI taken from the Bali Provincial Industry and Trade Office. The number of sample frames is calculated using the Slovin formula of 135 SMI. The analytical tool used was partial least square (PLS) structural equation modeling (SEM). Findings: Human resource management practices, affect creativity and innovation, and creativity mediates the relationship of human resource management practices to innovation. Unique contribution to theory, practice and policy: This research seeks to build an integrated model of creativity and innovation, the impact of human resources management practices. This research enriches the realm of innovation theory through the integration of knowledge based view theory to build and enhance innovation.
