This article discusses the issue of optimizing global information flows in the management of transport system activities, and develops a mathematical support and structure of information flow in the implementation of enterprise supply management and production functions. The issues of regulation and active forecasting with the help of information flows and information of models of optimization of organizational forms of road transport operation have been solved.
