At present, the startup environment in developed countries in general and Vietnam in particular is still young when comparing to the world but it has great potential to arouse entrepreneurship strongly. In particular, university is considered as the center of the startup ecosystem, operating throughout the countries. However, the problem is that the country lacks effective solutions for education innovation, aiming to arouse the spirit of entrepreneurship and provide basic knowledge about entrepreneurship for young people. Human self-control should be cultivated in the education and social system from an early age. Therefore, reforming the education system from high school to university in the direction of linking with education and training with real activities, promoting entrepreneurship, promoting entrepreneurship culture is a prerequisite for each person formed the will to start their own business.
