Abstract

In this paper, the authors, before proceeding with the formation of the appearance of aggregates, consider the traditional approach to solving the problem and note the features of this process as applied to the class of machines under consideration. The design process of any complex technical objects, and transport units in particular, as a rule, has a specific character. This is primarily due to conflicting requirements such as an increase in carrying capacity while reducing the total weight and size of the machines. The increase in carrying capacity leads to the need to increase the strength characteristics of both the chassis and the lifting mechanism of the machine in accordance with the declared operational characteristics. The problem of transportation of goods within a certain area requires significant costs for the construction of new infrastructure and makes it impossible to use the existing one due to the increase in mass and overall characteristics. It is also determined by the geometric characteristics of the goods transported and requires the solution of a number of scientific and technical problems.
