One of the tools to improve the quality of selecting the innovation projects and reducing risks is to increase the objectivity and reliability of the developed expert and analytical documents, based on the need to optimize the amount of the expert and analytical information collected and processed by experts. The technology of managing the expert and analytical support for selecting innovation projects from the perspective of a cybernetic information systems approach is presented in the article.
