Technology Acceptance Model in the Managing Information System

Abstract

This study aims to examine the technology acceptance model (TAM) in the success of the managing information system (MIS) in Vietnamese enterprises. These relationships are tested with a sample of 638 managers at Firms in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. By using PLS-SEM with SmartPLS software for data analysis. The finding showed that identifying the TAM affecting the success of the managing information system in Vietnamese enterprises. The results of the paper showed that the eight hypotheses are accepted and the model has a high predictive value. The success of TAM is reflected in the relationship between User experience, Perceived Ease of use, Perceived Usefulness, Attitude towards use, and User satisfaction. Perceived and using managing information systems plays a very important role in the success of TAM and the support of top managers is variables that influence the success of TAM.
