This research uses descriptive and analytical approaches to surveys and analyzes urban data of the study area in order to identify and evaluate problematic urban formations, social and economical patterns. Surveys of existing urban and socio-economical conditions are conducted. The findings are organized according to priorities to the railway area and residents which indicated a lack of supervision and awareness of the role the railway can play to improve the resident's lives and the railway environment.
