Analysis of Factors Affecting the Institutional Environment of Small Business Management in the Food Industry

In this article have been examined the factors influencing the development of management of small businesses in the food industry in the Republic of Uzbekistan and develops proposals and recommendations on the institutional framework for effective integrated management of innovative activities. The author studied the theoretical and institutional basis of the organization and management of small business interaction, based on the analysis of external and internal factors affecting the business environment, identified a group of global, local, direct, indirect factors. Also, the mechanism of integrated-innovative relations in the technological chain of cooperation of small businesses with FE "Uzbekiston Holding" was developed and its feasibility was assessed, and the prospects for integrated-innovative strategic development between small businesses based on an innovative approach were identified.
