In Indonesia, the 2019 Coronavirus Pandemic (COVID-19) was declared a non-natural disaster due to a disease outbreak. Indonesia has to take various measures to overcome and suppress its transmission chain. Application development is one of the efforts in tackling and inhibiting the transmission. Hence, the main goal of this research is to discuss the development of a monitoring and decision support system application for diagnosing COVID-19. The development of the application aims to provide information about the development of COVID-19 and make help the community diagnose itself independently related to COVID- 19 infection. The application development is carried out using the agile and decision tree methods. Testing of applications uses a focus group discussion approach to five aspects of assessment. The test results show that the application has a score of 79.32 with a good predicate, and can help the government in inhibiting the rate of transmission of COVID- 19 inIndonesia.
