The Effect Of Intellectual Quotients, Employee Commitment, And Spiritual Quotients On Employee Performance

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to analyze and to prove that Intellectual quotients (IQ), Employee commitment (CM), and Spiritual quotients (SQ) have an impact on Employee Performance (PM). The subject of this research is the staff of educational institutions in Indonesia. The data obtained from the questionnaire. The population is 275 employees who organize and confer training. The sampling technique uses a random sample of a total population by using the “Slovin” theory, with a level of accuracy (e) 95%, obtained returning 170 respondents who are further processed questionnaires. The research findings show that; a. The influence of IQ = 0.415 coefficient value on Performance. b. The impact of CM = 0.611 coefficient value on Performance. c. the importance of SQ = -0.219 coefficient value on Performance. That conclusion explains the Effect of IQ, CM, SQ on the impact on Employee Performance of educational institutions in Indonesia.
