The positions adopted in the theoretical derivation of the Newtonian viscosity equation associated with the discrete structure of various media consisting of kinetic units (KU), characterized by the KU weight (m), elastic modulus (G), potential barrier (m∙λ), which depends on the limiting value of the KU oscillation amplitude, as well as on the KU interaction energy. (ξ = const), allowed to create a general mathematical model with high accuracy, describing the behavior of various media under different modes of deformation. In the calculation of the required casting pressure, it removed the phenomenon of the input effect, eliminating the need for introducing corrections, sometimes reaching up to 500% or more.
