The viscosity for each liquid is found experimentally. Determining the exact value of viscosity is necessary to improve the accuracy of engineering calculations in order to determine the flow rate of liquids during their flow through simple and complex gating systems. The derivation of the viscosity equation and the proposed approach to assessing the process of deformation of polymer systems made it possible to determine the ability of a material to resist deformation. The viscosity equation, derived theoretically through the examples of the derivation of an equation series, is adequate to the properties of liquids that they exhibit in different deformation modes. A new approach to assessing the deformation of liquids made it possible to clarify the mechanism of deformation of various liquids, linking this process with the manifestation of interkinetic and intrakinetic interaction energies.
