The –†arameters of the elements of the drill during the development of the watercut mass of the sand field with a hydraulic backhoe excavator

Abstract

The main types of technological schemes for working out the watercut mass of sand deposits using hydraulic excavators are discussed in the papper. The analysis of scientific and technical literature describing the experience of using hydraulic excavators in surface mining of mineral deposits, including quarries for the extraction of building sand, is carried out. The parameters of the working area of a hydraulic excavator with equipment of the type of backhoe are shown, which affect the volume of rock extracted from the face for one parking plot of the excavator. The dependencies of the distances between adjacent working plots on the power of the worked-out sand mass for modern and promising models of hydraulic excavators with backhoe equipment of the most famous manufacturers are established. The values of the width of the drill of hydraulic excavators such as a backhoe during unloading of the bucket in bulk for dehydration, followed by shipment to vehicles, established by the method proposed in the work, are presented
