Abstract

This article is written about a model for improving the professional competence of preschool teachers and educators in the process of professional development and the article reveals the essence of its main components, such as knowledge of educational technologies, the level of application of innovative technologies in teaching children, the use of innovative forms of teaching, the use of didactic tools, development cognitive activity of preschoolers, professional selfawareness and self-expression, to develop personal and professional qualities, to have the ability to be creative.
