The Internet of Things (IoT) includes the expansion in Wireless technology to be included Wireless Sensor Networks (WSNs) and has enabled heterogeneous devices to become more widely available.IoT provides a monitoring and control network for the physical machines that are labelled as nodes. These nodes allow IoT sensor devices in the network, which faces sinkhole (SH) routing attacks which lags in integrity, confidentiality and traffic overload leads to security breaches. To achieve security paradigm we proposed a cohesive trust-based Compact (CTBC) routing protocol which secures an IOT network and increases the network node lifetime.
