The main goal of this paper is to enhance features and gain better characteristics of breast cancer images using Optimum Wavelet Based Image Enhancement (OWBIE) with Social Spider Optimization (SSO). Various images are low quality and difficultly to detect and extract information. For solving this problem, the breast cancer input image is convert RGB image into grey scale image. Then, these converter gray images applied for filtering process; here Optimum Wavelet Based Image Enhancement (OWBIE) with Social Spider Optimization (SSO), Histogram equalization, Anti forensic contrast enhancement technique and Curve let based contrast enhancement are utilized. The proposed Optimum Wavelet Based Image Enhancement (OWBIE) with Social Spider Optimization (SSO) applied to remove noise and keep edge relatively sharp in the fed input images. In the result, various Mean absolute error (MAE), Mean square error (MSE), Root mean square error (RMSE), Peak signal to noise ratio (PSNR) and Structural similarity index measure (SSIM) evaluation metrics graphs are analyzed and enhanced. This proposed technique performed better compared with other enhancement techniques. This entire process implement in the working platform of MATLAB.
