National culture must be maintained and developed because it functions as a filter and activator in increasing creativity, resilience of identity, and survival of a nation. One agency that allows to carry out this process is an educational institution. Thus, national education needs to be organized as a conscious effort to protect the Indonesian nation from losing identity while maintaining the survival of national values from one generation to another. Therefore, the goals of national education are to form high quality, independent, have a sense of belonging, and responsible human in community, nation, and state.
