The purpose of this study was to analyze whether exclusive economic growth occurred in Borneo Island in Indonesia. Using secondary data from 5 variables, namely the general allocation fund, own source revenue, capital expenditure, economic growth, and public welfare based on data from 2011 to 2018. The contribution of this study is to find out whether fiscal decentralization was successful at Borneo Island. Tests are conducted with the Partial Least Square (α = 0.05). The results of the study show that there has been exclusive economic growth in Borneo Island.
