Beer business (alcohol market sector) in Russia comes out of stress, where it got under the influence of restrictive legislative measures of the last 10 years. As well as due to the decline in consumption of poor quality drinking and the number of beer stalls, the transition to kraft beer and consumption in well-equipped beer bars, especially with karaoke. This is a consequence of the improvement of the drinking culture, the number of drink lovers who prefer to go to the karaoke bar with company. It's investigated how in Russia intellectual support for the development of this, as a rule, young and small business is organized. The article proposes the results of system analysis of the formulated problem taking into account the development of artificial intelligence systems, expert and analytical systems. In the business of karaoke bar artificial intelligence already handles electronic document circulation, control, management and adaptation, training of personnel. Provides substantial assistance in business management. Systematic analysis of problems of intellectual and organizational-legal support of business management of "karaoke-bar" type was carried out. Regardless of "capacity," type, investment, marketing and advertising, regardless of existing risks and restrictions.
