Hybrid Modelling and Control of an Obstacle Avoidance Quadcopter

Abstract

Quadcopter is a device which works like a four rotor helicopter with fixed rotor blades. It comes under the category of a drone. This paper explains how the quadcopter avoids the obstacle autonomously. For this the ultra-sonic sensors are used around the drone which sense the objects from distance and give the signal to the aurduno controlled board. It generates the signal which controls the quadcopter autonomously. The other feature in this drone includes the live aerial surveillance with the help of a camera. The captured information is transmitted to the receiver at the ground station with the help of a video transmitter.
