Recruitment with the Help of Digital Identity: Towards a New Managerial Approach to the Selection of Candidates!

Without doubt, social networks have become at the heart of all human activities, they play an essential role in all areas of daily life, especially in the professional field. “Thus, over the last twenty years, recruitment practices have been based more on digital tools and, over the past ten years, on social networks.” (Cousserand-Blin, Pinède, 2018, P 9) Through this article, we wish to highlight on new recruitment practices in the digital age by trying to understand the relationship between digital identity, digital traces and the choice of candidates.
