M. Khaleel Ullah Khan and K.S. Ramesh
Abstract

Wireless sensor networks (WSNs) comprise of a few wireless sensor hubs which have restricted transmission power and handling capacities. To transmit data sensor hubs require battery power. On the off chance that a hub doesn't have adequate battery power, at that point it can't transmit data. So power streamlining is a significant issue in the wireless sensor network. An effective steering algorithm is required to use the power of hubs and expand the lifetime of wireless sensor networks. Right now, study to choose a Cluster Head and utilize Improved-Dijkstra's algorithm to locate the shortest path to Cluster Headers to Base Station (Sink). The exploratory outcomes show that the proposed algorithm shows preferred execution over some current agent strategies in the parts of energy consumption, system throughput and network lifetime.
