This study examined the factors influencing the quality of life (QOL) of people with disabilities from the perspective of housing. To this end, we conducted a multilevel model analysis at the individual and regional levels, with gender and household type (one-person households/two-or-more-person households) controlled. The analysis confirmed the significant influences of housing factors and regional economic conditions on the disabled person’s QOL. Further, we found the meaningful differences in the influencing factors of QOL by household types. Based on the results, the effective strategies to improve the QOL of the disabilities were suggested.
