Abstract

Demand of information security in digital security field has grown rapidly due to different types of severe attacks. Steganography is a technique to conceal the data into other digital multimedia without affecting the quality. In this paper we proposed Secure Scrambling Adaptive Wavelet Steganography (SSAWS). It is considered as an important and challenging task in the field of security to achieve the desired performance and image quality. The approach is divided into three phases such as, image scrambling, embedding and extraction process to provide more security. In embedded process, wavelet transform and bi-cubic interpolation schemes are used to get Stego image. The pixel adjustment is also used to achieve the better quality of Stego image. The inverse process of embedding model is applied to extract the secret image and original cover image. The proposed approach achieves better performance in terms of PSNR, SSIM and CC.
