Institutions specially those which are service oriented, have been investing a lot in getting help to know the sentiments of the public on matters necessary for them to achieve acceptance. While others believe what they heard or read about, this study listens thru the use of photos. Social Listening is used in this study as the monitoring of an institution’s concern thru a mixture of social media, mobile app, and web app channels (Send It!) for the institution’s feedback and direct mentions of the services and physical structure concerns. Micro Service Architecture while there are similarities with Service Oriented Architecture became different in the implementation of reusability and defect isolation schemes in this study. Several modules are reused from a common library. The adoption of Agile Scrum and DevOps required the implementation of microservices in the development of “Send It!”. The software is developed mostly on open source technologies such that low budget institutions are still able to enjoy its deployment. Furthermore, an evaluation is conducted to identified users and used a model of user acceptance based on the theory of reasoned action.
