This paper proposes a simple and very useful technique that minimizes losses and optimizes efficiency for field oriented control induction motor drive. The purpose of this paper is to reduce the losses of induction motor by controlling the flux so that the drives operates at its maximum efficiency at different loads and its performance is observed to have increased. Comparative assessment exhibits that fuzzy controllers is best and its result are verified by simulation model results. This paper demonstrates that a great efficiency improvement of motor drive can be achieved and a significant amount of energy can be saved by optimizing the flux of an induction motor drive.
