Distributed Cloud computing is the circulation of figuring administrations like servers, storage, databases, organizing, programming, investigation and more by means of the web. Cloud suppliers offer these administrations and charging dependent on use. It helps users to access computing services in affordable cost and without capital expenditure. Cloud data can be accessed anytime from anywhere. In spite, many benefits of the cloud services the cloud security and privacy remain the challenging issue. To reinforce security, data is mostly encrypted before storing to the cloud servers. In this paper, we suggest a framework that allows users of cloud can share their sensitive data in a secure manner. In this work, each client ought to have their very own private key to encode and decode information and the key will be accessible just to the verified client. The encryption is done by using signal protocol. Also, we implemented two-step authentication process. We applied our framework to assess educational institution data which is accessed by different users via the cloud. Thus the experimental results show the great performance of our framework which reinforced the data security over the cloud sharing.
