There has been a considerable amount of research in investigating the relationship between HRM and CSR in the past decade. There is still a lot of scope to investigate the various aspects of this relationship specifically in the current business scenario where the talent acquisition and retention, employee engagement, long term value creation, employee development have become integral in building organizations and playing a noteworthy role in their survival. In this article a viewpoint has been put across to audience regarding how CSR can play a momentous role in coordinating with HRM and helping in supporting organizational sustainable strategy.
