Simulation of Energy Deposition with the Aim of Shaping Elements with Regulated Elasticity Made from 36NKhTYu Alloy

During the simulation in ANSYS environment, the influence of temperature on the stresses in the sample and the part bending were established. We have simulated the electrospark alloying effect on plates made of 36NKhTYu alloy, which leads to the formation of residual stresses. The influence of the parameters of the energy deposition on the shape of elements with regulated elasticity is shown.
