Investigation Study on Secured Data Communication on 5G Cellular Networks

A cellular network is a network of mobile base stations. Cellular networks preserve the evidence for tracing the location of subscriber movable devices. Cellular devices are connected with suitable channels details from the cellular network systems. In mobile network the succeeding generation is the fifth generation (5G) and it seems to be the promoter of the forth coming digital world. The networks are more vulnerable to many security risks. Secure communication is the process of sharing the information with different degrees of certainty. Authentication is an essential security facilities in5G wireless network to identify the node as normal node or malicious node. Malicious node drops received packets than forwarding them to the next hop. Many researchers addressed the security issues in 3G and 4G networks through authentication and cryptographic techniques. But, the security in 5G networks during data communication was not improved. In order to address these existing problems, different authentication and cryptographic techniques are reviewed in this paper.
