In wireless cellular networks energy consumption is the major issue, for this purpose in this paper we introduce dynamic base station switching concept. Through this we will reduce the energy consumption in wireless cellular networks. In existing system they are using energy minimization problem related to base station switching but it need great signaling transparency as well as elevated computational density. So, to overcome such issues in this paper we are proposing a concept called switching-on/off based energy saving (SWES) algorithm. It is easy to control via a distributed manner. For this we are getting low computational density as a result. We have to handle great signaling transparency as well as elevated computational density problems we will introduce three extra heuristic descriptions of SWES, it takes the approximate values as their input. Our experimental results shoes that our proposed algorithm SWES was reduce the energy utilization radically.
