We have introduced the Theory of HR Quantification which transmutes the qualitative characteristic of Human Resource Management (HRM) to quantitative attribute. The said theory is a composition of multiple innovative concepts operating in tandem with each other. One of the constituents of the said theory is Organizational Feedback Index which is the topic of interest for the present study. This research has been made to devise an indicator termed as OFI, which can suggest the amount of employee empowerment that exists in an organization.
