In this research, Nano crystalline silicon layers are set up by electro-chemical etching (EH) of silicon wafers with 20mA/cm2/ 15 min on the development nanosized pore cluster .porous silicon was described by the estimation of XRD,AFM and FTIR. XRD estimation uncovered that the cadmium sulfide NPs which prepared by laser ablation in ethanol was hexagonal structure. (TEM) examination uncovered that the blended cadmium sulfide particles are circular and have a normal molecule size in the scope of (25.00nanometer). The heterojunction of CdS NPs/PSsolar cell have detailed which uncovers that enhancing in (Ag/porous silicon/Ag). The outcomes show that a straight connection between 1/C2 and switch inclination voltage was acquired. Ag/CdS/ porous silicon /Agsolar cell have a good characterization for solar cell applications.
