Cryptography is one of the techniques of transformation of the information in safety manner. We all are aware of the term Encryption. It is best method to convert the data one form to another form. This converted data is in the form of cipher data which cannot be understand by third person. Image is in the form of the multimedia data. The various types of encryption schemes are already available. Each scheme has its own advantages and disadvantages. This paper is review based paper. In this paper we focus on the various encryptions, decryption techniques. This encryption- decryption technic come up with chaotic neural network. Chaotic model is the system which produces the similar results in case of same input data .if the applied inputs are same, it is difficult to predict the system operation for small change in case input to that system. The goal of this paper is that how to apply artificial neural network with chaotic Cryptography. With the help of chaotic sequence we found the weights of neural network. These weights which are in the form of chaotic sequence are generated and forwarded to artificial neural network .A weights of artificial neural network are continuously updated on the basis of the production of the key sequence the encryption algorithm. We used the MATLAB tool/software to implement the encryption algorithm. Here also compare some previous paper results.
