This study was carried out to examine relationship amongst hygiene factors, motivational factors, job satisfaction and job performance of Filipino workers in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. Quantitative research method was employed to survey 180 respondents selected through online survey from originally 350 targeted respondents. Key outcomes showed that there exists substantial positive association among the main variables used: Hygiene Factors, Motivational Factors, Job Satisfaction, and Job Performance at 0.05 significance. However; assessing the impact of individual variables on job satisfaction, determinant factors include salaries, benefits, working conditions, relationships with co-workers, organizational policies, and personal growth. For job performance, the critical factors occurred are salaries and benefits, working conditions, job security, organizational policies, achievement, and work itself. These findings led to the recommendation that firms hiring Filipino staffs in Vietnam should provide equal attention on the four variables as they significantly correlate with each other.
