This paper presents a PV chain storing electrical energy in a battery based on two electrical parts with two parts of control; the first put forward a new strategy to measure the Maximum Power Point Tracking (MPPT) of the photovoltaic (PV) system using: A sliding mode control based on the fuzzy logic controller (fuzzy-sliding mode) implemented to a DC/DC boost converter in order to make the PV system more efficient and work at the higher performance via determined an MPPT of PV. The Fuzzy-Sliding Mode Control (FSMC) designed to such as a Fuzzy Logic Controller (FLC) provides the reference voltage; next, the Sliding Mode Control (SMC) assures the stability of the PV system. The second part of the control uses the PI, which manipulates the buck converter to operate as a fast battery charge controller. The main aim of this paper is to provide a secure battery-charging life cycle via PV. This system collected, designed and explained in MATLAB/ Simulink.
