This particular study focuses on the quality of work life of the employees recruited in Southco Utility Services in Odisha. The study primarily highlights the work environment as well as the work atmosphere in the different divisions, subdivision and circles of Southco Utility Services operating in the southern part of the state. This research offers an opportunity to evaluate and examine the facilities, scopes earned by the workers of Southco Utility Services facilitated by the management of the same. The report discusses the concept of work life along with the power supply capacity in India. In addition to this, the article carries out a literature review analysis to understand the previous studies that had been conducted on this similar topic. Moreover, the significance of conducting the study, the scope, objectives and hypothesis are discussed in order to carry out the study in a systematic manner. Proper methodology and statistical tools are considered so that the desired outcome is obtained. Finally, recommendations are provided in order to recommend the management of Southco Utility Services to improve the quality of the employees' work life.
