Service-oriented architecture (SOA) encourages individual units of logic to obtain a set of design principles. Considering the procedural, structural and functional analysis of modern organizations, the service-oriented development has reached an acceptable level of maturity so that it evokes the picture of service-oriented architecture into the minds whenever it comes to enterprise architecture. The major benefit of service-oriented architecture development is the need to increase the flexibility and agility of information technology in case of the need for organizational change and consequently, transformation within the organization's IT structure. Due to the vastness of the organizational architecture projects, it is desirable for the organization to be informed of its capabilities for adopting this new approach prior to implementing the projects and spending huge amounts of money on the relevant components. This study aimed to assess the status of the factors related to the implementation of the model of service-oriented architecture in Qarz al-Hassaneh Mehr Iran and Resalat Qarz Alhasaneh banks. The factors included SOA governance levels and structural health monitoring (SHM) of the management layer in SOA application. Finally, a sample of employees working in Qarz Al-Hasaneh Mehr Iran bank (n =194) and Resalat Qarz Alhasaneh bank (n = 536) was included in the study. Having reviewed the relevant theoretical foundations, components and indicators related to the implementation of service-oriented architecture were extracted through a questionnaire and then were analyzed using SPSS version 23 and AMOS version 24. The results of the study indicate that the status of SOA governance levels and the structural health monitoring of management layer in the implementation of service-oriented architecture model is at the desirable level in Qarz Al-Hasaneh Mehr Iran and Resalat Qarz Alhasaneh banks.
