Training is an important factor which helps employees to enhance their self efficacy and find a meaning and purpose of their job. Training offers them new skills and knowledge to perform their job better than before. This may increase their satisfaction with the job. To understand this connection, the relationship between employees’ perception on training and satisfaction with their job was carried out. The outcome of the study reveals a strong relationship between perception on training and satisfaction with their job.
