E-retailing has grown manifold in the last few years. This paper aims at testing a model of E-satisfaction and E-Loyalty used previously in various other countries in the three metros of Chennnai, Hyderabad and Bangalore. This paper helps us understand the influence of the various factors thus identified on the buying trends in these three metros.
